Mellissa is a business leader with more than 20 years’ experience in developing strategies and operational processes and performance metrics for diverse companies. Ms. Andre worked as Director of Operations for a Cincinnati real estate development firm, where she was responsible for all operations related to residential and commercial rental property, land and building acquisition, lender relationships, and tax credit applications and strategies. Her leadership contributed more than $12MM in new business.
Born and raised in Kentucky, James has lived in Greater Cincinnati since 2005. Prior to helping clients with their real estate needs, James served our country in the Air Force for 12 years. A graduate of Northern Kentucky University with a Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurship, James worked closely with real estate investors for 3 years prior to joining the Chabris Group as a Listing Specialist. Lisa has been in sales for over 40 years, with 28 of those years in real estate as a top Realtor.
